There are public and non-public teams available and each has different steps to join. If a team is not listed in the drop down menu it is a private team. 

Instructions to join are below. 

If you are ALREADY REGISTERED for the event follow the steps below to join a team.


For a PUBLIC TEAM:

  1. Log in to your eventdog account (instructions below)

  2. Click on the name of the event you registered for

  3. Scroll down to "Team Name" and click on the pencil to access the list of public teams to choose from and select your team

  4. Click "Save"


For a PRIVATE TEAM:

You will need to ask the team captain to invite you to join the team. Once they confirm the invite is sent, log in to your eventdog account and Accept your invitation.


If you are NOT REGISTERED for the event follow the steps below to join a team.

For a PUBLIC TEAM:
If the team is public you will be able to select the team name from the drop down list in the "Join A Team" portion of the registration form.

 

For a PRIVATE TEAM:
You will need to ask the team captain to invite you to join the team and they will provide you with the team registration link to clock on to register with the team.



Instructions to logon to eventdog:
Go to www.eventdog.com and click “LOG IN!”
• Enter the email address you used to sign up for the event, then click “Create Account” (red button)
• EventDog.com will send you an email with a password reset link
• Create a password for your account
• Log in and manage your participant profile
